Break Blade's Yunosuke Yoshinaga Launches New Manga

The 34th issue of Hakusensha's Young Animal Zero magazine revealed on Friday that Yunosuke Yoshinaga will launch a new manga titled Mahō Kikai Ningen (Magical Mechanical Human) in the magazine's next issue on July 9. The magazine teases the manga's action fantasy story set in a mysterious world. The manga debuted in 2007. Flex Comix published the manga in Japan originally, and G-mode's Comic Meteor website later continued the series. CMX Manga published three manga volumes in North America before DC Comics shut down the imprint in 2010. CMX Manga also published part of Yoshinaga's Rampage manga in English.Break Blade inspired a six-part 2010-2011 anime film series that Sentai Filmworks released in North America.The six-part film series was recompiled into a 12-episode television anime series that premiered in April 2014, and featured previously unanimated scenes.The manga was originally going to have an original video anime (OVA), but its production was canceled in 2016.Source: Young Animal Zero issue 34
