This is one of my favorite stories of all time. It has a lot that sets it apart and it's really underrated.
Que Sera, Sera is one of my most favorite stories of all time. The plot has amazing flow, outstanding art and great characters. I didn't see the story upholding many (and in my opinion basic) stereotypes. I'll review some of the elements that give me such a high opinion of this story, namely art, characters, translation, story plot, what sets it apart, and what could be better.
Que Sera Sera is a manhwa written by Gonalisa and drawn by Sujeong. It is published by Manta. The main genres of this story include Comedy, Drama, Slice of Life, and of course Romance. I would say that the main element of this story is romance.
The Art
I truly love the art in this story. It is a contender for one of my favorite styles. While it may not be everyone's preference there are analytical reasons as for why it stands out as well. The artist consistently and constantly demonstrates a knowledge of proportions. Sizes and positions of body parts and surroundings are constant, meaning that the head isn't too big the buildings aren't too small. Everything is the right size. The artist also shows a knowledge of shading and value. Colors don't clash and there is shading in all the right places. Clothes also are drawn with the right amount of draping and wrinkles. The range of facial expressions is spectacular too. As an added bonus the artist really knows how to draw hands. I can't find any logical reasons to dock points.

Characters
I think the characters are quite relatable and consistent. They don't hold any shallow qualities and all of their actions are something that can be understood. One of my pet peeves is having the antagonist or love rival as a shallow simple-minded scrub. Acting erratically and their whole reason for existing as a means to create conflict. There is drama, but what I love is that the love rival knows when to stop. She/He can be loved as a character and there is a lot more to them. The main female character takes a lot of actions that are something that I would probably do. The lead male also reacts in ways that you would expect from someone in his situation. Nothing feels forced, the characters have natural chemistry and interactions. No one just accepts something without explanation, and no one changes their personality randomly in the story. The character are very real, and that's what I love.

Translation
There isn't much to say in terms of translation, it's either good or bad. In this case it's good. They even substituted little sayings/proverbs from one language to the other. By that I mean that there are sayings that only exist in one language so the translators have to find a similar saying in the language they translate it to. That requires an extensive knowledge of both languages.

Story
I think the story plot is fairly unique. While the description sounds like something fairly stereotypical, there is a lot more to it. Without giving too much away, this story brought me a lot of things I had never seen before. It probably be the one comic that I would pick as the most realistic. The pacing is well timed and has a good flow. Characters don't randomly meet and everything that happens has an explanation and reason. It feels so real.

What Sets it Apart
This story feels so realistic. It has depth and personality. Roller Coasters of emotions and drama at the right times. Actions that make sense, drama that makes sense, characters that make sense. Nothing is forced, and honestly it feels like I'm reading a news article about someone's life.
What Could be Better
I can't think of anything that I'd change. At this point is really personal preference, if you like this type of entertainment or not. It doesn't have any plot holes, the ending wraps it up pretty well and the story is consistent. I wouldn't change anything.
Final Thoughts
This is the first review I've ever written on this cite. While it may seem that I'm biased and singing praises without justification. I really think that this is one of the best stories. I'm writing this review because I feel like it's so underrated. I happily award this story a
