DESCRIPTION
A teacher named Seiji Hasumi is loved by his students and respected by his peers. However, his outward charm masks his true nature. In reality, Hasumi is a psychopath who is unable to feel empathy for other human beings. Specifically, he has a severe antisocial personality disorder. Because of his mental condition, Hasumi chooses to deal with problems like bullying and overbearing “monster parents” the easy way, by systematically murdering his students/parents.

70/100This is the story of Seiji Hasumi. Everybody loves Seiji which is great until you don't... Then it is a problem...Continue on AniListThis is the story of Seiji Hasumi. The world loves him, women love him, school girls love him and people generally just love him. Seiji can do no wrong in most people's eyes, if anything, people rely heavily on Seiji to have their back in difficult situations. He is smart, successful and obscenely handsome. Welp, he is perfect, he can do no wrong, the story is finished, THE END....
But wait! There is a problem with this. Whoever was putting Seiji together forgot one important detail and that was to give him something that really matters, something alot of us take for granted, and that is a conscience. You see, Seiji is a manipulative socio-path, but not your run of a mill socio-path that you can find at the corner of the dollar store. He is the cream of the crop socio-path that knows he is a socio-path. That's what makes Seiji particularly unique and dangerous. Most think that this is quite the deficiency to have but not Seiji, he is smart and he acknowledges and compensates for this deficiency to the point it actually becomes a positive.
Among one of the strongest skill sets Seiji has is problem solving. For us puny mortals when we think of problem solving we think in the realm of 1+1=2 but not Seiji, he has a different solution to that. For him 1+1=KILL and kill he does, regularly, all so he can create his own perfect little world with him in the centre of it. There is no low Seiji will sink to, to achieve his aims.
Along the way, he misses an important detail. The more bodies he keeps piling up, the more people will start to notice that something isn't right and then they will start to question what is really going on. And question they do, the more they question, the more Seiji gets to 'problem solving' and covering it up. It becomes a cycle that repeats itself until finally Seiji reaches a crazy conclusion on how to solve all the problems he has created. It is so ridiculous that you think, no way it will work. However, the more he works towards his ultimate solution, the more you go "w-w-wait, he is on to something and this might actually work, hawt damn!".
You gotta read the manga to find out what his ultimate solution was, but let me tell you, it is wild, especially the ending because it is very plausible. Also, I have to be fair to Seiji, the environment wasn't conducive to Seiji containing his homicidal tendencies. Those folks were really messed up to begin with and just maybe they needed a killing. You be the judge of that though.
The story overall isn't great but it isn't bad either, I enjoyed it especially the ending. The manga is dark, it has drama, it has violence, it has suspense and it has well-rounded character development in the form of Seiji. The art is very good too. Beyond that, there isn't much else to say nor could there be because it is only 36 chapters long. It is ideally recommended for people who can appreciate a short psychological, thriller, horror type manga. Closest thing I can think that is similar to it is Death Note except Seiji is completely DIY and he isn't doing it to benefit mankind.
