DESCRIPTION
One day, I woke up as Rosalite, the older sister of Asterion in the novel, “Asterion of the Twilight.” I may not be the main character, but it’s not so bad. Rosalite’s little brother, though, is fated to die in the story at 20 and that just seems really unfair after all the drama he’s been through (did I mention his story is a BL?). Now that I’m Rosalite, I decide to save him. But no matter how hard I try, he just keeps dying and every time he dies, I turn back into 16-year-old Rosalite. Ten or so deaths later, I’m more determined than ever to save him. Rich, royal, or sexy foreigner: whoever touches my little brother will die!

95/100The story's on crack, but in a good way.Continue on AniListI adore over the top, bizarre comedy where the characters behave in an insane and abnormal manner. Chaotic friend groups are always the funniest and most enjoyable for me to read about. I enjoy reading things where you wonder how high the author is when they wrote them.
This manga seemed like it would fit the bill from the notes of one of my beloved friends. (And I was even more sold since from the cover, Rosalite looks like Mafuyu from Oresama Teacher, who I absolutely adore.)
Anyways, our lead awakens in the body of Rosalite Roxburgh, the sister of the protagonist, Asterion Roxburgh. However, this is a BL novel where Asterion dies. And every time he dies Rosalite wakes up as her 16 year old self no matter how much time has passed. Rosalite grows tired of living in an endless time loop since her beloved little brother just won't stay alive. No matter what she does to change the timeline, it just won't end. The only clue she has to keep the time loop from continuing is a message from a mysterious artifact. It will end for good when she can help Rion's wish come true. However, she has to keep him alive in order to make that happen.
This story is absolutely insane. This has a lot of the typical otome isekai political plots and arranged marriages and such, yet it executes them in bizarre ways. There's a lot more going on than Rosalite trying to avoid letting her brother getting killed by one of his love interests. And it's funny. The plot is all over the place and it definitely lacks direction, but I feel like this is primarily a comedy. The way it's written reminds me of Oresama Teacher and Ouran High School Host Club, which are both comedic stories with silly antics, yet also have somewhat of a plot.
Rosalite herself is a scheming, conniving woman closer to her mental age of 60+ than her physical age of 16. She's quite deranged and acts in her best interests, and, in accordance to her upbringing, she's first and foremost a business woman. Despite being objectively a terrible person, she does do good in the lives of others (albeit often unintentionally). She was way too feral, petty, and silly for me to hate. There's no way I can hate a character that crazy.
Rion didn't quite sit right with me, since he has a sister complex. Rosalite knows (she just doesn't care), and everyone else who figures it out is rightfully disgusted and creeped out. He's very melodramatic (the child lived a very melodramatic life after all) and wants to be her prince and favorite, which puts him at odds with Rosalite's fiance...
And that brings us to Glen Hoffen. He's Rosalite's contract fiance. He needed protection for his mother and sister, and Rosalite needed a fiance because the queen was trying to set up an arranged marriage for her as revenge for teasing her son about being single. (This is the sort of thing that happens in this manhwa). He's mild mannered, pure hearted, and kind of pathetic. He's easily one of the most sane characters, despite the fact that he's clearly being used for his abilities as a human Excel. He's lovely and deserves the best in life.
Other characters involve the Brown family, who serve as knights and guards, the most prominent being Aster and Jack who want to kill each other. They can all be bribed with food. We have Rosalite's father, who is equally as conniving and psychopathic as his daughter. Luke and the prince, who serve as Rion's former love interests and torturers play a major role, and they are definitely entertaining. Luke is Rosalite's assistant in her business endeavors, as well as her companion in chasing after hot guys. The prince serves as Rosalite's archnemesis, as part of a very petty blood-feud between the Roxburghs and the royal family.
In general the entire cast is crazy and refuse to sit still. They're all so entertaining and hilarious. I laughed so much at all of the character antics. Everyone's melodramatic and off their rockers, and I love it.
The art is really fun, and the character designs suit the characters very well. They really exhibit the characters' personalities, all while being in the typical otome isekai style.
This has been my favorite comedic otome isekai to date, and it's probably one of the funniest mangas I've read. If you like absolute chaos and crazy characters I'd wholeheartedly recommend this. I had to restrain my laughter in public places. That's how funny it is.
